      Really love it..

      I purchased this chandelier over a year ago and it’s just now been installed. Been through a nightmare of a renovation in my home due to a flood. However it’s finally up and looks STUNNING!! It really lights up my entryway and living room. My contractor hated me for having him install this fixture lol. So as far as installing it might be a pain if you don’t have experience. Would probably suggest an electrician or contractor to do it for you. The delivery was fantastic had no issues and was well packaged. Definitely recommend the purchase.

      We hung this chandelier in our guest room, and it made the space feel so much more inviting. The glow is soft and warm. It arrived on time and was carefully packaged. Installation was easy to follow. The design adds just the right amount of elegance. It feels sturdy and well-balanced.

      I am absolutely obsessed with this chandelier!! Even my husband can’t stop talking about how much he loves it (and he isn’t the easiest person to please!). It looks so glamorous and perfect in our living room. I literally have to decorate my living room based on this piece of art (remodeling home). It actually looks good all by itself!!           Warranty

          Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

          Cancellation Policy

          Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

          Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

          Return Policy

          We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

          You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

          There are a few items that can’t be returned:

          • Clearance or SALE items
          • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
          • Items you have already assembled
          • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

          Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

          • Assembly services included with delivery

          However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
