    I put this chandelier in my sewing room, and it brings me so much joy. It’s elegant, but also gives off plenty of practical light. The finish is beautiful, and the little details really make it stand out. It arrived sooner than expected and everything was packed perfectly. Installation was simple enough, and I handled it myself. Every time I switch it on, the room feels cozy and inspiring. One of my favorite home purchases so far.

    This is the second time I have bought this light. We used it to help stage a house to sell/updated look and now I have purchased it again for a chandelier over a kitchen table. It pulls off a sophisticated look without being too terribly expensive. I would highly recommend this to everyone.....

    I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering a chandelier online, but this one exceeded all expectations. It’s well built and looks amazing over our kitchen table. I especially like the height—it helped us get the perfect look without blocking views. The installation took a little time, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow.       Warranty

      Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

      Cancellation Policy

      Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

      Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

      Return Policy

      We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

      You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

      There are a few items that can’t be returned:

      • Clearance or SALE items
      • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
      • Items you have already assembled
      • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

      Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

      However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
