    I'm really happy with this pendant! It is sleek and simple and fits perfectly in front of my kitchen window above the counter. My father who has electrical experience but is not an electrician had no problem installing it in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

    Love it! Goes perfect with the rustic decor easy to assemble.Looks amazing above the table, so happy I finally found one!OMGosh! This piece is lovely. Looks just like the picture. Easy to assemble and comes with a very long chain so this would work in a room or foyer with tall ceilings. Very please with this purchase. Adds a little class to my rustic decor.

      Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

      Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

      Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

      We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

      You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

      There are a few items that can’t be returned:

      • Clearance or SALE items
      • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
      • Items you have already assembled
      • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
