Love my light great lighting in all directions of my kitchen

This light looks even better in person! I absolutely love the way it transformed my kitchen. We have a tiny space and we are using it above the island, and it’s so unbelievably cool. Very easy to assemble and install. So happy with this purchase!

modern yet elegant

I ordered this fixture for our main hallway and it is perfect! It was packaged extremely well to prevent damage during shipping. it definitely adds an elegant touch to it. It came with everything we needed to install it too.

Very nice chandelier and great value

It's a beautiful light and, for the cost, this is a great value. It has high quality electrical connections and assembly is fairly straight forward. This light looks beautiful in my dinning room, I love it. It took an hour to put it together. I would definitely recommend this light.

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance or SALE items
  • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Assembly services included with delivery

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Once Return is initiated in Lixra, our Returns Processing department will process the return and you can track the status of your return online.
