It’s amazing! Because my ceilings were so high I had to get a professional to install. The installation cost just as much as the actual light. It is absolutely amazing I would not want to have any other light fixture in my home.

I absolutely love this chandelier. I wanted a chandelier for my bathroom that would make a statement over my tub but wasn’t too large. This was perfect for my space.My electrician installed it but he didn’t tell me he had any issues with it. It came with extra crystals and pieces. It’s definitely worth the price and looks like it cost much more.

We replaced our outdated 2 story foyer chandelier by this chandelier and it is PERFECT east to install and much better! Looks wonderful giving our house a younger/more modern feel. Highly recommend it!

Love this chandelier so much it looks so high end. Easy installation, elegant, and perfect product I give 5 stars!! I have one above my dining room table that sits 8, 2 in my kitchen that’s under renovation and now just got one for our entry way. I need 10 more to make every room perfect with this lighting

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance or SALE items
  • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Assembly services included with delivery

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
