I have no complaints, this sofa is perfect

Originally I ordered another couch from an another Website. It was the same price, color, relatively the same shape (simple L sectional, this one is more modern) this couch came surprisingly fast! And only took just a few minutes to put together. I live in an apartment so it was a challenge to get the couch in the elevator (so grateful to the delivery guys!!) and the box was unable to fit through the front door- i had to open the box outside and bring part individually inside. It's exactly what I want and the perfect size. I've only sat on it a few times but so it's firm but not too firm. Zero regrets, so happy with my purchase.

Photos does not do this justice! This is much larger than I thought and feels so good. Very luxurious and worth every penny! I thought I could purchase two, was thinking I could have them facing opposite directions but this is much larger than I thought. It actually took up a majority of the space which is fine as well. I'm just so in love. The two ladies who delivered it wss extremely helpful and I loved how careful they where with getting it in. Fyi, it comes in 2 boxes. The shorter box has two peieces and you may have to open at take both pieces out separately to get them to fit in the door. Guys when you see them available jump on it because I waited a few months for this to come back in stock!

Super easy to put together, took less than 10 minutes. The upholstery is soft and the cushions are firm, but not rigid. Love that the back cushions Velcro into place. Gives the visual of free standing cushions without the sloppiness.

Love the color

Perfect for our college apartment! This couch was easy to put together with two people and was light in the box to get it up 8 stories. It’s a little firm but even after 3 days has broken in a bit and is SUPER soft. It’s a nice green color and goes great with other tones of green. Love it!!!

I loved the product because the way I saw them on the picture is the way I saw them physical. Everything was awesome. Furniture arrived very quickly, the delivery people were very courteous and kept me updated on the arrival. I love the furniture, very easy to put together, it went very smoothly. Lixra Furniture includes a three-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the furniture, which includes the frame, upholstery stitching, lighting components (if applicable) and storage components (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Lixra practices a hassle-free cancellation policy. We are just an email (customercare@lixra.com) or a call (+1 888-721-3588) away if you decide to change or cancel your order. We try our best to accommodate your request with our SAFE cancellation policy, so you get the complete refund. The below chart explains the cancellation timelines and the respective charges (if any)

Return Policy

Return Policy:

Lixra practices 30 days hassle free return policy on all it's products with an exception of (Special Orders and Orders on clearance and promotions)** to provide best in class customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and return initiated and completed within 30 days of delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Return Process:

If the order is damaged/dented during delivery then inform Lixra about the damage by writing to customercare@lixra.com and provide 5 or more photos/videos showing the damage with a close-up and also with the full view of the furniture. Multiple pictures/videos greatly helps in addressing the issue in a timely manner. It is advisable to report the damage within 72 hours of delivery otherwise Lixra reserves the right to accept return if informed later.
Reported minor damage/dent can be repaired very easily by professional repair companies. Lixra has nationwide partnership with furniture repair companies and will schedule a repair/inspection within a week’s time after the damage is reported.
If the furniture can’t be repaired then Lixra will provide replacement pieces within a reasonable timeframe (2-12 weeks) based on the level of customization done to the furniture.
If the furniture design is discontinued or for some reason replacement can’t be provided then Lixra will provide refund for the amount mutually agreed with the customer.
Unauthorized return (return that does not meet the above 1-4 criteria of authorized return process) will be subject to 45% restocking fees along with Return Shipping paid by customer.

General Return Guidelines:

Special orders and promotional orders that are reported damaged during delivery are eligible only for Repair and Replacement. In the event that Lixra makes an exception and accepts a return, a restocking fees of 45% of the original sales price will be applied.
Customers are responsible for the entire return process, which include the steps, procedures, and applicable fees in accordance with this Policy. Orders that arrive at our warehouse with any damaged or missing (misplaced) items will incur an additional fee or charge, which will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
Orders with open claims (i.e. orders with existing damage during delivery that result in a claim) are subject to extra charges for any additional issues caused at any point during the Return Process.
Refunds will only be issued following a complete inspection of each returned item at our warehouse, and customers will receive the refund, LESS the applicable fees during the Return Process.
Refund will be processed within 7 business days after inspection at our warehouse.

Lixra makes receiving and setting up your new furniture effortless.

You can select Room of Choice Delivery with or without Assembly.
After your order arrives, please inform us immediately, and our team will reach out within 24 hours to arrange assembly at a time that suits you.
Assembly should be scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of delivery. If you need more time, let us know in advance and we’ll try to accommodate.
Once an assembly appointment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as our crew is reserved exclusively for you. We can definitely reschedule it if needed.

Every effort is made to provide high-quality, accurate images to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to individual computer monitor color settings, photography, lighting, and natural variations. Therefore, the item you receive may not be an exact match to what you see on your computer screen as physical and digital colors differ slightly in some cases. Sometimes measurements in furniture size are rounded off and thus may vary slightly (2-3 inches) from the description. If you require precise dimensions or actual upholstery color, please contact Lixra by phone or email for further assistance. Please note: Lixra will not be responsible for slight color variations or measurement differences(three inches or less)

** Special Orders are orders that are customized in terms of color, leather, chaise/lounge direction, tufted buttons, layout (addition or removal of section), etc. Clearance and Promotional orders are orders that are on clearance or have promotional coupons applied to it. These orders can’t be returned.

Service charges (White glove delivery fees) will not be refunded if the service is availed.
