Shipping policy
Most of Lixra products have shipping and delivery timelines mentioned in the product section itself. Lixra offers free delivery across United States for all the products. Since Lixra deals in special orders, a standard shipping policy does not apply to all products. In case shipping detail is not mentioned in the product page then the below shipping policy is followed.
- Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days after 24 hour processing time.
- Shipping times for outside USA delivery can increase from the standard shipping timelines because of custom clearance. We also cannot control if the package is delayed by the shipping provider because of holiday season rush or intermittent weather conditions.
- Special orders like furniture are typically delivered in 8-12 weeks but custom delay do happen rarely and we cannot control that. We do our best to keep the customers updated during such delays.
- Delivery Service – Room of Choice with Assembly includes:
- Delivery of the product to the customer’s designated room of choice.
- Unboxing of furniture cartons.
- Assembly of the furniture as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- Placement of empty boxes and packaging materials in the garage or a designated trash area (removal/disposal of debris is not included).
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Access Requirements – Customers are responsible for ensuring that doorways, hallways, staircases, and passages are large enough and safe to allow the furniture to be brought inside. If the furniture cannot fit due to limited space, narrow passages, or safety risks, our team will not be responsible for refunds of delivery or assembly charges. The customer will need to make alternate arrangements at their own expense.
- Assembly Oversight – The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present to oversee the assembly process. This helps ensure that placement, positioning, and other preferences are communicated directly.
- Liability for Property – While care is taken during delivery and assembly, the company is not liable for any damage to walls, floors, fixtures, or property caused during the moving and assembly process, especially as items and tools may be spread across the working area. Customers are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before the team arrives.
- Debris Removal – Our team will place cartons and packaging materials in the garage or designated trash area. We do not provide haul-away or disposal of debris as part of this service.
