The Chandelier is absolutely beautiful! It sets the dining room off. It’s like adding a new dimension to the room. I have received many compliments from family and friends.This light is stunning! So beautiful! The blades go in when your not using the ceiling fan and it turns into a chandelier it’s amazing.This is exactly what we we hoped for! It added a beautiful and elegant facelift to our master bedroom and provides a great amount of light. The crystals provide a charming reflection that brings life to our room. The options for light and the fan are customizable beyond the standard options other fans offer. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a retractable fan with some character.

I am a 60 yr old woman living alone and purchased this item to replace my dated existing lighted ceiling fan. I had all the mounting parts already installed from the old one, so my installation was so easy. I am going to purchase a few more to replace my other dated ceiling fans.

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable).
Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.
Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:

- Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
- Items you have already assembled
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- Assembly services included with delivery
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
