This fan with the chandelier combo is so sleek! I wasn’t sure how it’d look in my loft, but it fits perfectly. It’s modern yet timeless. The fan has strong airflow without being noisy, and the lighting adds such a nice ambiance. I’ve gotten so many compliments from guests. It’s definitely a step up from the plain ceiling fan I had before.

This is absolutely the best ceiling fan I have ever had in any of my homes. I love the light and the fact it is so bright but not harsh on ur eyes. Those who see it have to ask where you bought it. It looks so elegant! and it's a beauty crap! Recommended with five stars!

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance or SALE items
  • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Assembly services included with delivery

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

  • Initiate ReturnClick Initiate Return 

Once Return is initiated in Lixra, our Returns Processing department will process the return and you can track the status of your return online.
