Absolutely love it

Absolutely in love with this chandelier! It brings so much elegance to my dining space, and the quality is fantastic. The crystals add the perfect touch of sparkle, and the light is just the right brightness. Took a little while to install, but it was totally worth it. I feel like I’m living in a fancy hotel now!

A beautiful piece , easily assembled, very bright and extremely eye catching. I think it looks better in person than in photos. It is really pretty, the price is really affordable compared to similar chandeliers, and the size is big enough for my living room.Very easy to install, I would recommend to anyone looking for a small delicate chandelier.

It is very entertaining to assemble, and it takes a long time to unwrap it (each piece is wrapped separately, which on the other hand is appreciated as it ensures that there is no damage to the bearing).

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance or SALE items
  • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Assembly services included with delivery

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
