    Master piece...

    Love the size and look of this chandelier in our living room . When it’s ON, the light is bright and luxurious, when turned OFF, the light comes through making it look like drops of water. So glad I decided for this beautiful piece. It’s bold and large for the area, but it is definitely a standing point.

    Amazingly Crafted.

    My Crystal Chandelier arrived on time with all parts intact. It took about a half and hour to put together it was pretty easy since I've done it before. I was very pleased with the quality of the Crystals and the overall design. I had my electrician install it since I don't do electricity or plumbing. Once it was installed I love it even more. You can beat it for the price. It looks much more expensive than what it cost. It's beautiful and I love it.

    This is the most beautiful chandelier that I got. Elegant, exclusive and unique piece. Good quality. I can be sit just washing my shiny and beautiful chandelier in the high ceiling of my house. 100 percent recommend. Love it

      Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

      Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

      Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

      We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

      You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

      There are a few items that can’t be returned:

      • Clearance or SALE items
      • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
      • Items you have already assembled
      • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

      Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

      • Assembly services included with delivery

      However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
