Worth every penny

UPDATE!! Finally finished with our build and I’m so pleased with these pendants, the finished product is better than I expected. I highly recommend this pendant if you’re looking for a farmhouse look. The pendant on the right is a Pottery Barn pendant…the pendant that I purchased from Lixra is on the left. I’m thrilled with this purchase! I saved hundreds by finding this pendant on Lixra!

I love this pendent light.

Bought this pendant light for my mini kitchen makeover. I love them! I had an electrician install this and it took him about 15 minutes. Had to try a couple different LED bulbs to find one that had a warm glow, rather than too bright white. I recommend this.The swirls on the pendants are beautiful! Tough to clean the inside, but I would definitely purchase this again!!

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance or SALE items
  • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Any service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Assembly services included with delivery

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Once Return is initiated in Lixra, our Returns Processing department will process the return and you can track the status of your return online.
