I had no problems with delivery at all—super smooth. The chandelier came in looking just like the pictures, maybe even better! The color is rich and really eye-catching. It took a while to get my husband to help me replace our old chandelier, but this is by far a gorgeous piece! It adds a sense of glamour to my house, and everyone thinks it looks incredible when they visit. I would recommend this for sure. It is classic yet modern.

Warranty

Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.
