    A beautiful light. The crystals are so pretty. I will give you the honest experience with the packaging, communication and quality. The mail came on time and it was very easy to put it together. The crystals are easy to hang. The seller is very prompt in replying and reply any questions I had. Looking forward to purchase it again for another house project.

    We really love the look of this light in our waiting room. Really changed the look of the space.

    I can’t say enough about how beautiful this light is. My husband installed it and I handed him the glass droplets as it made it easier and faster. It took about 45-60 minutes, and it is not difficult if you know how to do a lighting installation. Received nicely packed and delivered quickly!Super happy with this purchase!

      Lixra Lights includes a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all core components of the lights, which includes the frame, light bulb holder, LED bulbs and remote (if applicable). 

      Orders canceled after processing (two days from order date) will be subject to Standard Return Policy and upto 60% restocking fees. Lixra reserves the right on percentage of restocking fees applied to cancelled orders. Undeliverable or refused packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations under Standard Return Policy and Restocking fees may apply.

      Any orders cancelled within two days on buyer request will be subject to 3% credit card cancellation charges.

      We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

      You can return most items for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

      There are a few items that can’t be returned:

      • Clearance or SALE items
      • Personalized items like changing the light frame from chrome to gold, etc.
      • Items you have already assembled
      • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
